Returns:
We apologize, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have a problem with the item purchased, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
Shipping:
We ship WORLDWIDE via UPS, FedEx, or Canadian Post!
Your purchase will be shipped brand new (unless your purchase is designated as pre-owned), and will be packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your Postal customs clearance. Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number for your package.
- US/Canada:
Large items (coats/jackets) $35 for first item; $15 for each additional
Small items (hats/accessories) $10 for first item; $5 for each additional
- International:
Large items (coats/jackets) $50 for first item; $15 for each additional
Small items (hats/accessories) $10 for first item; $5 for each additional
Payments:
To ensure the security of your financial information, we use PayPal's secured gateway for all online purchases. Simply follow the steps provided during the checkout process and you will automatically be taken to the secure payment center.
Tracking Your Order:
Once you have placed your order with us, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. In addition, you may return to our site at any time to track the order progress. To do this, simply return to our site and follow these easy steps:
- From the navigation bar at the top left of each site page, select the "Track Your Order" option.
- Enter the email address you used when placing the order and click the "View Now" button
- You will be presented with a list of any/all orders you have placed. Just click the appropriate order number to view current status details.
